Jakson Engineers and SBI to Boost Solar Energy in India with Rs. 10 Crore Credit:
Jakson Engineers Limited and the State Bank of India (SBI) have joined forces to boost the adoption of solar energy across India. The two organizations have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under the Surya Shakti Solar Finance programme, aimed at increasing the use of solar power in institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Servotech secures order of 1.2 MW solar energy storage and grid connected systems :
Servotech Power Systems Limited has secured a 1.2 MW order valued at approximately Rs 102 million from the Rural Development Department of Uttar Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency.
The order includes the installation of multiple 75 kW solar-based energy storage systems to ensure a reliable power supply across Uttar Pradesh. Furthermore, the company will handle the design, manufacturing, and commissioning of 20 kW and 40 kW grid-connected solar power systems.

The construction of a 60 megawatt solar power plant in Khargone in Madhya Pradesh at an estimated cost of Rs 308 crore is likely to be completed by the end of the year, an Indore Municipal Corporation official said on Thursday.

Steel maker Rudra Global Infra to set up 30 MW solar plant at Rs 190 cr:
Steel maker Rudra Global Infra Products on Friday said the company will invest around Rs 190 crore to set up a 30 megawatt captive solar project in Gujarat.
The solar plant is scheduled to commence operations by January 2025, the company said in a statement.
"The first phase of the project entails a capital expenditure of Rs 190 crore, with 80 per cent of the funding secured through financial institutions over a five-year tenure. The remaining 20 per cent will be invested by the company," the statement said.
